For reason of security, we can only allow people access into the rooms, whose names have been registered at check-in.
The hotel reserves the right to demand payment for the entire duration of the stay, or part thereof at any time during the stay of the guests.
To check out of the hotel, please inform the reception desk before midday; otherwise an additional day will be charged. To help you, we can look after your baggage for you in a secure place.
If you have already organised a later check-out with us, please be advised that in order for us to clean the room the latest permitted check-out times are:
- Sundays & Bank Holidays: 2.15pm
- Working days: 4.15pm
In order to minimise disruption to your stay and to help us identify which rooms are vacated and can be cleaned, please hang the green tag on the door and leave the room key in reception.
All the items of the hotel (bed-clothes, towels, etc…) are freely available for your use within the hotel for the duration of your stay.
For hygiene reasons, and to respect the other guests we request that you keep the room as clean as possible. Please put the used toilet paper in the waste bin or in a closed bag to be taken by the cleaner. Please don’t throw cigarette ends or other rubbish in the patio no outside the room.
Note, as per Spanish Law reference 28/2005, dated 26 December it is completely prohibited to smoke in the hotel.
Upon leaving, please leave the room window open in order to ventilate the room adequately and for safety reasons to help project both yourself and other guests please check that the television and all electrical appliances as well as the lights are switched off.
For safety reasons, when using the shower please put the shower curtain inside the bath. This will help to keep the bathroom floor dry and avoid possible slipping.
If you wish to remove the condensation from the mirror easily, we recommend the hairdryer.
To use less energy and minimise the impact on the environment we recommend not over using the shower and using only the towels you need.
To enable all guests to have a relaxing and hassle-free stay we would be grateful if all guests would limit the volume of the television, don’t shout, close doors carefully, etc…
