In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December, vis-à-vis the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature (LOPD); the Hotel Castilla informs its guests that any data given to the hotel may be used to form part of an automated data file, created by and used solely for the hotel and under its responsibility which will only be used for the purpose of maintaining and managing different guests orders, requirements, queries, suggestions, as well as to be able to carry out periodic statistical analysis which will help us to improve the effectiveness of the web page and keeping you up to date on our news, products and services and the like.
We assure our guests that any and all data will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, being located in a secure server. Furthermore no data will be transferred nor copied to any third party or company.
The data file is subject to rules and regulations as stipulated in the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature (LOPD) and the Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11th June, which approves the Regulation of Security Measurement, the aim being to guarantee the security of data of a personal nature, avoiding its alteration, treatment or unauthorised access.
Any complaint which could arise from the use of data recorded by hotel can be transmitted to the Data Protection Agency. In addition, we inform our guests that as per the Privacy Policy any data obtained in the aforementioned form, that they are able to exercise all their rights, as recognised under the law; in particular; the right of access, rectification, data cancellation etc.
